Worst experience ever, the financial manager refused to pay my refund of R5900 and she was rude together with one of the owners at Umhlanga. Customer service and communication training for the staff here is highly recommend . They literally screamed at me over the phone and told me they wont be paying me. I am disappointed at Ross champion Umhlanga, i had a colleague refer me to them however i wont ever do business not refer anyone here. Worst place with no manners. Customer service training is highly recommended for the management! It’s disgusting!

Ross Champion... what can I say? Terrible service.. sent the car in for the boot and back bumper to be repaired then damaged the front bumper while transporting the vehiccle. Although they repaired their error they used my insurance for a car rental which should have at their expense but they felt comfortable making arrangements with my insurance company without proper protocol and the Manager who called though it was her right to do so. This was very unprofessional behaviour.The only saving grace was Steffanie their front office staff who was very helpful and tired to make the best of this awful situation. She deserves recognition for her dedication and hardworking were other's at Ross Motors lack this professionalism.Do better.

Work is of good quality, but client service is lacking. They returned my vehicle to me with 2 parts outstanding, it has been a year later and I still have not received the outstanding parts that they need to install on the vehicle. I have spoken to the manager on numerous occasions, but still find myself waiting for parts for an accident that happened in Dec of 2021. It seems they do not care after they have received the money from the insurance, so my advice is to avoid bad customer service or not to take delivery of vehicle if the job is not 100% completed.

I would like to take this opportunity to appreciate good customer care service from Mhlanga. Merryl updated me timeously about progress. She really changed my mindset about poor communication I received earlier on here and there. My van is like a brand new now, in future I will recommend to my contacts about service.
