Very disappointed with service. I purchased a bolt barrel door latch and decided to return it as it was too small. I was told that because it was open it could not be returned. How can one have the product in its original condition if you opened it to have it measured. Also I was asked for positive identification for returns - why is no identification required when one makes a purchase?

Poor service. I was a assisted by the most unprofessional sales man who ended up robbing me with material and deliveries saying I didn't pay for delivery yet I paid it all in full and bringing wrong sizes of timber orderd. Am so dissapointed by this. May the higher power see this person through.
