Absolutely horrible service. They are so disjointed that it is a miracle that these people got the business of the ground in the first place. Stock levels before and placing the order is different, they do not respond to any of their email addresses (weird that they are on a review almost instantly) and when the paying customer phones the call is cut of easily. Not a place I would recommend or ever support, even if they have the last item I need in the world. Rather go without it. They do not deserve to be in business so here is hoping covid can eventually close them down.Apparently my payment does not 'reflect' yet despite the fact that it cleared my bank already. Like their bad service they make issues with their payment gateway service provider that of their customer. Probably won't ever see my money again. Expensive lesson. PS. I clearly told them numerous times to refund my money as they do not deserve my business, something they choose to ignore it seems.
