I wud giv 0 star if there was any. Driver canceling my delivery for the 2nd day, telling mi its not on his route, whereas im not far from where he is at. How did it end up with him if its not. Now i must wait the whole weekend b4 i can get my delivery, that is if they wil deliver by that monday.

Very much unprofessional1st day they claimed that the parcel is out for delivery on 27/10/2020 and I waited the whole day only to receive a message late at about 17h41 that they were unable to deliver the parcel due to the fact that it was closed on their arrival. I am asking myself how could that be and the driver never even contacted me as they do have my contacts. I will never ever use it again and will also make the sender aware of how unprofessional the courier company is. It's high time that Telkom refrain from using this courier.2nd day went by without receiving a parcel which I was told again it's out for delivery 28/10/2020, only to receive the same programmed message in the evening closed on arrival ". What does one call this? Unprofessionalism and being unreliable. The owner and Telkom need to do something about this."

Absolutely shocking service! A collection booking was placed on the 6.09.2022, to this day 14.09.2022 the parcel has not been collected. I have phoned multiple times and no one can give me answers as to why this has not been collect, all I achieve from the phone calls is empty promises that the parcel will be collected on the day but never happens.

After being sent from pillar to post I eventually drove more than 60km there and back to go and fetch the parcel myself today. They have missed 3 delivery dates up until today. I was assured multiple times telephonically that my package would be delivered on said dates, only to be told the driver ran out of time on all 3 dates. Furthermore on arrival at their offices no Covid protocols were in place, not a single person in that building had a mask on their faces.

Absolutely useless. Order was shipped from Cape Town to East London on 6 Feb. 9 Feb the parcel tracker states manifest not received. Nobody called me to say they couldn’t find the parcel or it was lost. On 17 Feb I had to call, they tell me oh ops we don’t where the parcel is, we’ll find out. It is 22 Feb, I have heard nothing. Parcel has gone missing and nobody really seems to care. Absolutely disgusting and shocking service. I will never order from a company who uses Courier It EVER again.

The worst courier service I've ever experienced...These guys ignore any changes done by the customer on their online system, why they have it? I don't know.I saw that my packaged was assigned to a driver on their tracking system but they never bothered showing up and I got a message saying that they do not have my contact despite my contact appearing on their tracking system and me calling to check up on the delivery because I suspected they could have missed the change I made online.When they came to deliver at my office today I was on the phone so the driver decided to leave without even waiting 2 minutes and when I called the offices again about this the person who deals with the tracking customer support" was just absolutely rude and unfriendly.I will never use these guys and I will forward my complaint to the sender

My parcel supposed to arrive today by the confirmation from the adidas app but when I contacted them they say it’s even on it’s way to East London but the parcel was ordered on Friday still in Cape Town even today their service so bad

After reading all the reviews I am concerned my parcel will not be delivered. Courier IT my tracking number is UA939668100. Maybe I can give you some positive feedback here on the reviews page and prove to everyone that your costumer service is good. Interested??This is the reply to the above 3 days later. I had no issues with the costumer service all went down smoothly.

Worst courier service ever. Might as well inform Istore to not use Courier IT for services and find other couriers. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.
