Tshidi was my personal trainer beginning of the year and everything she taught me has still stuck with me. She’s phenomenal but most importantly kind. It’s rare to find the combination of tough and kind these days! Would recommend her all the days!

I absolutely love my Mint Athleisure bodysuit. The quality of the material is unmatched and it feels so light and it doesn't restrict movement. The fit is beyond perfect, literally fits like a glove, you'd swear it was made for me. And the colour... oh yes honey:)!!! I felt so sexy, free to move & confident.
