Funny enough... Placing a review has been removed from this vendor... Wonder why?? My last bad experience: Bought a repaired fridge from them with 6 months warrenty@ R2800. After 2 months it did not work. It was taken back for repairs twice after that. The last time a decided I dont want it anymore and want my money back. I was told by Johan its now out of warrenty and he will only pay me back R2000... While it was faulty from the start. Be very careful buying repaired items from then.The review below I left 5 years ago:Absolutely no after sale servive.Waiting weeks for spares and messages simply get ignoredWont recommend!!

They cant even answer a phone how can they repair a fridge.

What an ABSOLUTE disappointment. Payment was made UPFRONT for a collection. A time and date was agreed for collection which did not happen. I understood. Another date was given for collection, which did not happen. I understood. A third day went by as well as a weekend and no collection NOR any contact to make arrangements. When asked whether I should rather come and collect my money, I was told to rather collect my money, and that is just how business is/works.That is actually not how business is not done. No effort in trying to keep me as a customer. Nothing!I would NOT recommend them to ANYONE.
