What a great service I have received from Byron Meyer! I recently had an upgrade done through him! It was the easiest way I have ever upgraded! His services were great! He listened to all my questions and gave me great answers that benefitted me with the contract! I am not regretting my upgrade to a Samsung S22 Ultra! Great Service! Great costumer service! And the best of all he made it easy and no complications! Ever need help Byron Meyer at The Point in Sea Point Cellucity is your go to guy!

I can't recommend Cellucity enough! I went in, dejected because my phone had just been stolen, and the staff was very empathetic and helpful. They set me up with a new phone and were patient as all of my files downloaded. It took hours, but they didn't act like it was a hassle and they made sure I was all set with a case, SIM card, etc. The next day I was having email issues so I took the phone back and Raafique spent a good 45 minutes helping me get it straight. He did NOT have to provide that support. But he was happy to help. I can't thank these guys enough and I wish every store provided such stellar service! --- An American Abroad

Excellent service from Keegan! Keegan assisted me with a trade-in and cash upgrade. I had many questions along the way, Keegan was patient and responded to all. He also transferred my data across the devices.Very happy with the service I received from Keegan and would happily recommend this branch because of his service.
