You and your team seemed to just be floating around unnoticed, yet captured each important moment, the pictures never felt too “staged” and never interfered with us having fun!I think the most important thing about your services we could mention and highlight is yourself and your team are so relaxed and that most certainly helped ease the nerves in the moments leading up to the ceremony. You did not treat us as clients at a “wedding” but more as friends and you just snapping a few important moments, it was amazing thank you.After all the fun was had and the day had passed, one of the most special things was waking up the next morning and you had already sent us just a few photo’s to look at from our special day. What an amazing and talented guy to work with. If you need either a main DOP or second shooter he's definately one of my top choices.

An absolute pleasure to work with. Video streaming of the wedding was top class, people watching felt like they were physically there. Great to work with, very professional. My experience with Josh Reid Media ended before his services could be booked. I can see the quality of his work is good, which is the reason we wanted to book him for our wedding in the first place, but we were highly disappointed by his unprofessional service and lack of communication during the booking process. If you are looking to book him, please make sure to clarify exactly what you are receiving from him, and to ensure you both are on the same page. In my case, he did not openly communicate with us and decided to blindside us and cancel our provisional booking without so much as a phone call. Bear in mind, this was someone we were ready to accept into our wedding day with open arms!I understand that from a vendor’s point of view, they withhold the right to cancel a quote before any money is exchanged, however the manner in which this was handled left a very bad taste in my mouth and is not something a bride needs to deal with on top of all the other stresses.Please be careful when choosing your vendors, and I hope if you go with Josh Reid Media, that it works out better for you <3
