Every Pep Stores i have been into have a huge problem with their noise levels. The music blares so loud like it's a night club as it is and then you have the staff scream across the shop at each other in conversation. Not a pleasant place to shop at.

Time on website is not the time that the shop stays op on website it is 17H30 but they close at 17H00. Please fix times on website or work the hours that is published on the site

Yesterday 9/3/2023 I got to pep around 5.54PM I was running with my daughter so I could reach the store in time just to collecty PAXI items. I found the door closed so there was another client inside trying to come out and couldn't open so I opened the door for her and went in also. They were 2 ladies who said rudely to me we are closed I then asked guys I came running just to collect my parcel please assist they said again rudely with anger in their faces no! Checking the time I got in it was not yet the time.....they send us back with my daughter . Please train your staff how to treat clients in a polite manner! I collected my parcel today because I had no choice but next time I would not use or even buy at that store!

Today we went to Pep at Birchleigh North, just as we were about to pay the power went off, and we could not buy the clothing for our child we wanted to.. The workers just said no they can't do anything, and I asked does the card machine still work and they said no in n very rude manner.We have never had this problem before and we feel that they are not trained to handel customers with respectWith more than 2 470 PEP, PEP HOME and PEP CELL stores, PEP is the biggest single-brand retailer in Africa, and how do they not have a generator for when loadsheding comes, a problem we have been dealing with for years..We are not happy with the service as well because what do they do when there is loadsheding during the day? Close the shop and lose customers.

Friendly and helpfull staff any time during the day. Always makes one feel welcome

I bought a delux choc on the 15th Feb 2022 invoice number 00101765 12h26 only to find the chocolate has expired on the 08.02.2022. I'm so disappointed imagen buying expired goods. Hayi yooo the store was not busy can we check our stock and move expired stock away from the floor.

Pep home birchleigh is bigger than any around kempton park and is packed with great houses hold items, crockery, cuttley, bedding, deco the list is endless. Good value for money and always have stock in items advertised on their pamphlets.
