Passed by from JHB to St Lucia and was excited to stop by on the return trip. Biggest dissapointment of visiting a Burger King in the world. These small towns ruin the reputation of good brands or maybe the expectation was too high comparing it to JHB. Tried to order on the App and for the first 5 things the cashier said they dnt have. Then he said I can tell you what we have and that will make it easier. Honestly the worst BK experience, after all it was my idea to stop there with 24 other people and did I get a beating about how bad the experience was. Never again, will rather carry padkos.

Ermelo Burgerking..eat in...2liter combo 5 drink supplied without cups...Have to use coldrinks of the road To drink out....Request cuts....as R17.00 per cup empty exta!!!!?R68.00 for cups...bad service...

Horrible customer service. Never buying from this Burger King. The employee helping me name was Fana. Very rude and kept on telling me kuyashesha. Meanwhile he was nice to other customers promising them free ice cream on a sunny day.

Staff not friendly at all, there was no beef only chicken, they where not even prepared to compromise on different options. Will never come back here again.

Had to dine in and had the XXL burgar. The patty had less salt in it, the chips taste good and I love the bottomless soda.
