Very friendly staff, but once asked for no chicken and no feta on my wrap and got both.. They did then make me another one but it took up so much unnecessary time as I had to drive all the way back to the gym in the dark.

The service is good. The food comes out quite quickly. You have an option of sitting down or takeaway. The sit down area is opposite the store in the food court. I had the Spicy Burrito wrap which was very yummy. Perfect balance of spice and flavour. The Mango Berry smoothie I had was delicious and refreshing. My meal came to about R115, which is a fait amount for a healthier option meal.

The cashier, i didnt catch her name, is very unhelpful i tried to redeem a voucher and she didn't give me any indication that she was using it. i lost out on a discount due to her and her response when asked about it was i'm done now""

Cashier is super rude, not wearing her mask over mouth or nose, has really bad sniffles and sniffing habits in front of a line of customers she should not be at work when sick PERIOD. When scanning my vitality she even did it incorrectly and wanted to charge me R75 instead of R52 when I pay R52 every time. When I ask to see the amount on the card machine I get a dirty look while she talks to a colleague in a different language. Did not even ask if I wanted take away or sit down so the order took even longer

Healthy, delicious and fresh. Staff friendly and helpful. Smoothies made quickly and with fresh ingredients. Food options are all tasty. Surprisingly not as expensive as many other places offering healthy options. Takeaway or sit down, available. Loved my daily greens smoothie s flavor, could have been less watery, would have been perfect.

I am not sure how they even stay in business… forever dirty and filthy tables, I never once saw a clean table. staff don’t even talk to you or look at you, when its the load shedding they all gather at the back and don’t even come out to talk to customers. Once i asked not to put hot sauce in the bowl for a child, the dish came soaking in this sauce and they did not offer to re-do the meal. Another time they charged me for an order twice - said that my card purchase did not go through and made me pay cash. Then while i was still there i saw that the card purchase went through. I pointed it out. They shrugged and said to come back another day for a manager. Manager was never found, and they never returned calls. And it was not small money, something around 270 zar. I try to avoid this place even though i am a regular in the gym.

Asked about the different smoothies and the cashier couldn't even tell me the differences or what she advises had to look over he counter to see the ingredients. had a friend come in and ask for a smoothie and the cashier asked how much it was. Really bad service as they don't even know their menus. My smoothie was watery and just had ice and ice cream couldn't taste the peanut butter at all in the peanut butter bliss.

Very disappointing, everytime I roder from them something is missing from the order. EVERYTIME, and when you call to get some resolution, they answer the phone to silence. Terrible customer service, laughable food quality. Definitely sticking to Kauai Canal Walk.
