I brought in my guy tank from builders warehouse to fill gas and was only told they exchange at Total Rock Cottage which I did the first exchange lasted a month and a half and container was quite heavy 2nd exchange lasted 2 weeks and 3rd 2 weeks for a 9kg tank it didn't make sense for me because I use it only in the morning and evening. I really don't want to go back there as it's costing me the price of a new gas tank every month (285x2) but to exchange only . Spoke to the owner and she said I will get half price for this container but I need a permanent solution. Those with gas stove is this normal that a 9kg last 12days only for cooking in the morning and evening using 2plates? Correct me if I am wrong to feel very sad and angry about this

I (white BMW FZ 42 JL GP)attended this service station tonight(11/09/2018) at between 19:54- 19:59pm an attendant by the name of Nathi greeted me and i greeted him back.. he then proceded to help a client who arrived in a white toyota corrolla who came in after me. When i questioned him about why did he do that, to which his reply was that his colleague attending to the client in front of me told him that tge corrolla arrived before me. This behaver shocked me as i clearly saw the white toyota corolla arrived after me. Your CCTV surveillance footage would certainly bere witness to my statement above.. didnt enjoy my experience at your service.station at all.

Pathetic and a bunch of rasist. Waited for 20 minutes to have my car washed and then a black guy was pushed in before me.

It's what the name says Totally useless service, I have never experienced such a mismanaged garage, I will not return to this garage ever, When you pull up they look at who is attending to the pump, if people come after you they get served first while they decide who is attending to you, then when someone does attend they don't know how to speak to a client and make all kinds of funny gestures to explain that the pump pipe is to short to reach to your fuel cap. Question is do these staff get trained to do a job if it's only one job they have to do. So discussed by the service. A perfect 0 star from me.

Waiting a hour for my car to be cleaned inside and out

I unfortunately had a bad experience when i needed to use their rest rooms, it was locked, had to ask for a key, was advised i will find the key on top o e of the fire extinguishers. The bathroom was in a dirty state. I hope they will improve on the up keep of their rest.

Very friendly forecourt attendants

Asked for R200 fuel and a miscommunication resulted in the attendant filling R400. Upon approaching the manager and explaining that there was a miscommunication, I was greeted with obnoxious attitude and hostility, telling me that the guy who helped me has been 'working there for years and never makes mistakes'. The option was to pay or wait 2 hours for a mechanic to come and drain the fuel from my vehicle. Disgusting service. Won't be returning here.
