I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I received. When I went for microblading at Sherilees Skincare Clinic, I expected an unforgettable experience, but instead I walked out unhappy and embarrassed. The shape of my brows was not nearly the shaped that had been originally drawn on, before we started the process. That afternoon I explained that I was not happy and I was told to trust the process. After a few weeks I still didn't see any pigment on my brows and it was as if I never went. After asking for a refund I was told that that is what the touch up is for, and I need to come back for the second time. It has been a few months now and there is still ABSOLUTELY NO results. I do understand that everyone reacts differently in results, but I am very unhappy knowing that I paid a very huge amount of money for something that is still not seen.
