For the first time, this year, and after a very very long time I indulged in Debonairs Pizza. I was completely blown away by this Branch!!!!. Fresh ingredients, overloaded (correct spec) of toppings, absolutely brilliantly done pizza base. Crispy with just the right bite, not soft centred and soggy.For a branch that is situated in a place that is literally in the middle of nowhere, I was not expecting this!!!I cannot wait to make my next trip to Botswana just to indulge in this Branch pizza again.The cleanliness of the store, their efficiency, their prompt service, the refreshing wipe they offer patrons, is just aesthetics, but it blew me away.Please make this STOP en route to your destination, and if it's not en route, then DETOUR!!! It's worth it, trust me.

Halfway station, Zeerust. Debonaires pizza always sells fresh pizza. One stop in shell filling station. Packed with all the goodies for the long road on the N4. When you are in this filling station the beautiful view of the mountain behind the garage is so soothing and beautiful. The garden inside the garage is also well taken.

TerribleStaff unfriendlyWebsite hours show they are open. Drive over an hour to get pizza, no closed! Cleaning! On a Wednesday 10:45!!!Please clean after hours like other businesses.No explanation given. Just total rudeness.

Great place for that on the go pizza. Very clean ablution facilities. Disabled are catered for, and attendances are very keen to assist. Keep it up. However, one can't eat in peace with street kids hovering around,eyes on your food and belongings. The guard is constantly chasing them away but a permanent solution is needed.

I wasn't through the whole town from what I can see this is the best place it was crowded when I got there and crowded when I left it looks good, smells excellent and is neat and clean. The people is friendly and the place's arewell divided between the petrol station and the other shops. Literally a one stop shop with no hassle nor fuss I will definitely stop there again.

On Saturday (19th Nov appr 11am) I bought a large pizza which in total cost me more the R200. I was accompanied with a friend. I received an emergency call out and requested the cashier if she could split the pizza and put it in separate boxes as my friend and I was going to part ways. She (her name is INNO). She bluntly refused and said debonairs policy prohibits her from giving me a smaller box for my slice of pizza. The left me in awe. I even asked the guy making the pizza but he also refused. As a regular costumer spending a fair amount of money at your establishment please explain this policy of yours cause I was not aware? This left me embarrassed and a bitter taste in my mouth. I will wait for your response. Lastly, who gives these employees the right to give customers bad attitude just for asking a small pizza box, I even offered to pay for it but they persistently said it's the policy of Debonairs but if I go to the one in lichtenburg or mahikeng I never experienced this kind of treatment. I felt so belittled and to prevent any further public embarrassed I left vowing never to return to such rude staff. Even the patrons who knew me left after witnessing the oscar performance of your staff. Mr Engel
