Took my German shepherd in for a brush and a trim. Got back a shaved dog with red rashes all over her from being cut too close, when I said specifically dont cut short. They were unable to finish the job because she wouldn't let them take her out the cage (very frightened) to do touch-ups. Very unimpressed.
