My refrigeration issue was attended to by Franck within two hours of my call on 15 October 2018, and repairs made within an hour after the required spares were purchased and fitted at an exceptionally reasonable fee. Awful experience. Terrible communication. They took our washing machine without a rational explanation as to why - we let it go as we know that this is sometimes a necessary step. Only to have them come back with ANOTHER washing machine, saying that ours couldn’t be fixed and it ‘would be easier this way’. Said washing machine is in worse condition than the one they took - barely doing what it’s supposed to. Back to square one (and worse)Wouldn’t recommend - something is SHOUTING ‘untrustworthy’
