Herotel Mossel Bay
Most unreliable internet service provider. Please do not sign a contract with Herotel Cloud as they are literally scamming money by not giving the quality internet you pay for. Had to call 5 times and the 6th operator helped a bit but took 4 days to resolve, but others don't bother to help at all, they only say we will check into it and a week later has passed, especially the operator named Jaco that has no idea how to fix a problem at all. Do not waste your money on this terrible place. In the beginning when we signed the contract we received our speeds, but as months went passed it could barely load the Herotel Cloud website. Absolutely terrible service and bad customer service.

Thank you for never solving our problem, thank you for not returning a phone call, no matter how many times I leave a message. Thank you for looking into my request for a extra 30gig over the festive season and never contacting me back about it. Thank you for billing us for call out after call out and leaving us with new problems everytime . Thank you for leaving us with faulty equipment over the peak time of the year. For always saying it is due to large groups of people when the staff is the only occupants. I can go on and on but you know how great you are.
