Pathetic service! It took more than two weeks to replace my Samsung Gear S3 Frontier battery. There was no feedback throughout the two weeks. If I wanted an update, I needed to phone them. To crown it all, the technician damaged the watch's display (which they replaced at their cost, I must add). It is very unfortunate that brilliant products such as my Samsung smart watch has such poor backup and after sales service in Bloemfontein.

Awful customer service. Lack of proper communication and rude/unorganized staff. They quoted us R1,400.00 to repair our TV. Then when it was fixed they charged us R1,650.00. When we asked why there was R250.00 added they stated it was the assessment fee. We were never informed that there was an assessment fee. When we told the employee were weren't told about any assessment fee she stated that the other girl should have let us know, but she's already gone home so there's nothing she can do about it.I will never make use of their services again.We also ordered a remote for the TV. Once the TV was fixed, we asked about the remote, and they forgot to order one. So they gave us the TV without a remote. Now we have to wait for it to arrive and go back to fetch it.Complete waste of our time and money.

Real sloppy and substanders work on my Samsung A 52. The phone was alreasy there 3 times for the same problem. It took me 4 trips and just received the phone and is still not working and then you expect I must drive there for a 5th time for your sloppy work. Work that was suppossed to be done the 1st time. Really.

Great service as always

Worst service ever. After paid in full it took them 6weeks to replace my phone's screen. Called them every week just to get a different excuse and dont get any feedback even they promised. Wont even recommend them to my worst enemy.

Poor customer service. Been waiting more than a week just for feedback on a broken cellphone screen. But they were adamant on the R250 payment for service.

It's a good, polite staff. But customer service is rather short of expectations. They seem to be reluctant to give updates to the customer. It took almost 18 days to get feedback, after my repeated calls..

Got my laptop battery 9 months ago, no problems. Kind staff.
