Most useless manager to deal with. We had one of our vehicles fill up there and after I sent POP nobody contacted me to say anything. Hours later I called and some so called manager that can't even say his name correctly, tells me hey bra" I didn't get POP that's why he must wait here. Firstly clearly he was rude and secondly we had emailed and whatsapped the POP yet they kept my driver there half the day without saying anything. When I asked to speak to someone else that he reports to he tells me

I would like to give a shout out to all the petrol attendants at the 1stop East. They continue to give a world class customer service and I always leave the garage with a huge smile. Today they made my day and are always friendly and welcoming. I really do appreciate the service you guys put in everyday. I always use that garage on a weekly basis and I can proudly say that all the attendants have the best service. I would like to say a big Thank you to all of them

Wimpy Service was poor we could not sit in to eat as they closed the Dine in section. Well they do get a star for having fresh cream for the coffee. This has been the second time that I have been there but I now realize that when staff get annoyed when you enquire about meal choice...expect bad service...my takeaway coffee came to me leaking down the sides and when asked to sort it out they put the messy cup in a cup holder and send it back to you...maybe I should send my seat cleaning bill to wimpy management to sort out.Check your orders as well as we got home only to notice they skipped the egg in the burger...poor and terrible service considering it was not busy.Please service standards should be improved considering we do pay for our meals and it is not a handout. I enjoy my experiences in most of the wimpy diners...especially Harrismith...maybe staff should be trained by those lovely people there.The Engen staff very friendly and helpful.Keep up the good service guys and gals. Try the Woolies sandwiches especially the roast chicken ...lovely and fresh.

Worst expetience ever, with 5 black ladies standing at till. I greeted them and sat at nearest table with my wife for 5 minutes without anyone assisting us. I had to make noise to get service. Then every 2 minutes after we have received our food, someone of the staff will be harassing us, to false friendly ask whether all is in order. You urgently need to address your staff, or lose me and all who I can influence as your customers.

Max(waiter at Wimpy) noticed a mistake on our bill after we left the shop. He ran after us to hand us the difference. Thank you, Max, we wouldn't have noticed it.
