From Noel America,Over the last year I have been dealing with Kessel Motors Loop Street. Service from them is for me one of the best I have seen and experience.A few month back I had a issue with my car that a few other places could not resolve and I took it to this Branch. This is where I met with Frans and Sandra. Sandra assured me that they can find the problem. The problem was found the next day and it was resolved. This was unbelievable and awesome service.I was kept in the loop every step of the way. This week again I took my car in on Tuesday to the car that is losing water and with in a few hours I got a call back and they found the problem.But sadly because of the part that was delayed and my car had to over night. Yesterday morning I was informed that the part arrived and the will be ready late afternoon.To me customer service it out most important as I work with customers myself, to me I find this service very satisfactory. I get the update when I need it. Staff is friendly and helpfulThank You Sandra, Frans and the team.

They are very friendly and helpful. They are well priced. I even received my vehicle cleaned and polished and smelling new. Definitely recommend them.

Awesome service by Paul. FAST AND effective service. Very professional and clean place.I took by one car for a fault... After a week of issues with my car, my battery died today leaving me stranded. I contacted Sandra at Kessel Motors who immediately arranged for Paul one of her top mechanics to assist me in replacing the battery and running a diagnostic on the car. Paul was extremely professional and managed to sort out my car in a couple of hours and reassure me that everything was now fully operational. Kessel Motors Loop street has now become my service centre of choice. Thank you Sandra for going above and beyond to assist and reassure me and thank you Paul for your professionalism, efficiency and kindness.

I just want to thank Paul and the amazing team at Kessel Motors. In a state of panic and frustration I gave them a call with water/radiator issues. I explained it was my only car and that I would need it back the same day. Although very busy they took the time to sort out my car. What I thought was going to cost an arm and leg to replace the radiator turned out to be my pipes loosing water. They replaced the one and I was off. Two days later the other pipe gave in due to better pressure in the system. They replaced the other pipe and tested the system the same day. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a great mechanic at a great price. They really do know their stuff and I will only be taking my car to them from now on. I live in Kommetjie and will make the trip to their cape town office anytime! Keep up the great work.

Gave me extremely poor fan belts which immediately made screechy noises. Refused to replace the fan belts which were totally wrong for my car, extremely poor quality and each belt charged at a whopping R250. Learned from a reputable service provider that I was WAY overcharged and that the belts inserted were cheap and wrong for my car.
