I went to the inky shop on Victoria Road to buy some cartridges for my Hp printer on the 14th of August 2018. I have always bought HP original cartridges. The sales lady offered me the Inky Brand Cartridges at a R40 discount she said they worked perfectly. I paid R498 for both Cartidges and went home loaded the cartridges and tried to print. The cartridges showed as empty on the printer. I then went back to the inky shop and a technician replaced the cartridges and showed me a test page he had printed and said all was well, the page however was a lighter black print and not as dark as it prints normally with the HP cartridge. I then went back home and again the printer did not print and showed the cartridges as being empty. I returned a third time to the inky shop on Victoria where the technician said I should go to the Midlands mall branch to purchase the original HP 652 since the technician finally agreed that the generic version did not work... I then proceeded to the midlands mall today 27th of August 2018. There I found another customer Anesh who had a canon printer with exactly the same problem as my printer. We both requested that the originals be supplied at the same price since both of us had to run to the inky shop several times as a result of inky brand cartridges not working on our printer's. I then requested for a refund since the salesman was taking our unhappiness personally. He then could not give me a refund since he could not find my customer number on his system. I am now going back to the Victoria branch for the 4th time for a refund. Anesh and my experience is the generic inky brand do not work on the Hp 3635 printer and the canon model printer that Anesh has. If you want to buy ink I strongly recommend that you do not buy the Inky brand and stick to the approved original brands. The worst thing is the attitude of the business who know that it does not work but still attempt to sell the brand to customers which is completely misleading to the public. I can't award any stars for my review since my whole experience with the inky stores and services is a big fat zero....they have a lack of professionalism,customer service and integrity. After selling you their inferior product, they simply adopt a 'don't care attitude. To other customers looking for cartridges
