The service was poor and I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy at this store. The product that I bought broke and not one staff member could help me. All that they wanted me to do is pay again so that they can send it away to be fixed.

My partner and I have been to a few jewelry stores within the past week and I must say this is the most exceptional customer service we have received, we were assisted by Farah, she took the time out to assist us and made it a very pleasant experience, I wish all jewelry stores could have someone like her to assist.
