I was 15mins late for my appointment to which the ladies were very understanding. Majidah (I hope I got that right) assisted me. An amazing experience. She gave me advice and she even cut my hair in a way that worked best for me... she has incredible insight!! I genuinely appreciated her ability to give me a look I didnt even know I wanted! Would HIGHLY recommend this salon. Their prices are also very affordable!

I’ve Been here twice for a wash cut and blow . The first time the staff was very cold and could barely look at you. Thought I’d give them another chance , and the second time around was even worse . The service provided? Let’s just say I could have done a better job myself . Thought it was first time unfortunate, but definitely a second as well. It’s such a convenient place to have your hair done, but you definitely won’t be seeing me again.

Made an appointment for myself for 11am. Thought it to be convenient as it’s close to my home. Got there 15 min earlier but was seen to only at 11.15. The staff also not very friendly which is an essential trait for the type of business you run. There were 3 basins but i was told that they are waiting on the basin. ??? Someone walked in after me and was seen to before me. Eventually, after washing my hair, I Showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. It was nowhere near to what it was supposed to look like.Thought it’s maybe just my bad luck so sent my daughter a few days later to have her hair cut and layered. She came home in tears.Will not recommend them.

I've watched this hair salon deteriorating in the last year. The staff do not take any pride in their work and are so unfriendly. I have been there often to have my 2 sons' hair cut. First Melissa used to cut it, loved her but she resigned then Cheryl was the usual to cut it but she also resigned recently. This is probably a sign of the poor quality of the salon. Then I made an appointment for Monday 3pm with Maajidah, I get to the salon and was told in a very unapologetic and nonchalant way that she is not in. I asked why no one let me know, they said it's because they didn't take my number. I rescheduled for today (Wednesday) and left my number, arrived at 3pm today and was told Maajidah called in sick and the other staff can't do boys cuts. I asked why they didn't contact me (because I made sure they wrote it down), they had no answer. Not even an apology, these people take no pride in their work and infact don't care about the business. Will never recommend to anyone and will never return even though they are 5min from my home, I will rather drive further for decent service.

Extremely lazy staff. Wife went to get her hair cut. Lady at the store said she doesn't feel like cutting my wife's hair because she feels lazy and hungry and asked another colleague to do it , who was relaxing at the back of the salon. Another customer came in for an appointment that was booked and they told her they can't accommodate her, meanwhile the salon was empty. Lazy and incompetent staff. Never again

Staff was unprofessional. The woman who assisted me mentioned that she has 7 years of experience but was so rough when blow drying my hair...it was sore! I was made to wait for my hair to be washed while other customers who entered the hairdresser after me were assisted first. Definitely would not recommend and would never go back. Was there in January 2022 and was happy but it seems as if they got new staff who just doesn't care about customer service and satisfaction. While seated on the chair she even said, don't fall asleep bc I have to go home now." Rather wash

Staff is friendly but the service outcome is absolutely terrible. I went for a straightforward haircut. Short under my jaw and completely straight, not even in layers. I honestly forgot the name of the person who cut my hair but my left side is shorter than my right and I only noticed it afterwards. She was also the receptionist I think. Anyway, I literally could’ve done a better job myself.

Great service, Maajidah did my hair and she cut it exactly how I wanted, the other stylists are good as well, Zayaan did my sisters hair and she was great too. Will definitely recommend . Affordable prices, and good week day specials. Great quality for what you pay.

Would have been 4 stars if the person receiving me had a better attitude. I made an appointment with a specific hair stylist for my son(3 years old so tantrums etc with others). She was off sick when I arrived there. I was not informed of this. Instead was given attitude when I got there. Luckily for me, the hairdresser who cut my son's hair was great.
