Let the numbers speak for themselves:We submitted a web enquiry on Thursday and we had a signed contract of sale by Sunday and the money in our bank about 6-8 weeks later. Just had to give the buyer some time to secure a bond and to let the lawyers and deeds office to do their thing.This was our experience:After submitting an enquiry, we got a call the same day. Hannetjie came out the next day and took pics. She already had a book of interested buyers. Brought potential buyers round on Saturday. Right buyer for the right property… (First buyer to see our property). Deal done the very next day.Now you’re probably thinking we sold too cheap. Nope.
