My Samsung fridge handle broke so iI sent an email to their info email address requesting a new handle. I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer so quickly. Was referred to another employee. He also responded fairly speedily but was a little disappointed that he just told me that they could not give me the part I was looking for and gave me no alternatives on what i could do or where i could try find it. Am now sitting with a R22k fridge with no handle and no idea where to try get a replacement!!!!

My 58 Samsung TV has bombed out and it is just out of warranty and Samsung have recommended Liptronics but after reading the reviews there is NO WAY I am going to use them. Has anyone any suggestions on who I can use? I would rather spend R12 000 on a new TV before taking it to Liptronics."

As I type this review, I can't believe what I'm seeing. Due to a slight shade on the screen’s center, we sent our 55 flat-screen TV in for repairs to this place! We chose to cancel the repair process after receiving the quotation

This is the worst service you can possible get. The worst business you can possibly imagine. These guys have got no clue. I went there with my monitor which was faulty, as it didn’t take the thunderbolt connection. The technician told me, there is clearly a fault. And said to me it will take 2-3 business days to replace it. The admin ladies, are hopeless. They don’t answer any phone calls and basically never answer their emails. Eventually the admin lady Layla April answers my email saying that my unit requires a new Mainboard and they will replace it. Then I show up and they say something completely different. The technician on the day I bought it in said that there is 100% something wrong with it. These guys have got no idea. I’ve never in my life ever met a bunch of staff so useless and clueless. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE USELESS. They should have a thing that shuts down businesses like this that blatantly waste peoples time. Absolute disgrace. Save your time, don’t go to these guys. I don’t know how they haven’t gone under with how bad they are. USELESS!!!!

Incredibly disappointed with the non-existent service from Liptronics. I have had multiple issues with two Samsung Washer Dryers. Whilst under warranty, I can say that they did attend to the issues, although at an incredibly slow pace. Once out of warranty, I contacted them for support. Logged the required callout firstly with Samsung, then directly with Liptronics stating the reference numbers received. After weeks, I called and they found" the logged call and said that I have to pay an upfront fee for the repair and callout which I did the very next day and sent the POP to Chantal M. No one ever pitched on the required dates

Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company… I had to unfortunately use them as the motor of my Samsung washing machine was still under warranty. They took over two weeks and many calls to Samsung later to send me a quote - but won’t stir a finger unless they’ve been paid up front. This company drove me to tears of frustration.

Worst experience I ever had! Samsung, why would you appoint these guys as your Cape Town agents!? I had to wait 4 weeks for them to fix my fridge which is still under warranty. And the waiting would have probably been double that if I did not call them 3 times a day. Please change, there are so many good companies in the region!

This company makes painful feel pleasant. Had to wait 2 months just for a call out for a washing machine under warranty. Still can’t get anywhere with them.I would avoid purchasing any Samsung appliances to escape this torture.

Total Ripoff. Charged and upfront R 750.00 call-out fee before anyone would come and diagnose the problem on a Samsung oven. Was promised a full damage" report. A "technician" arrived and spent 10 minutes prodding the fan with a screwdriver and announcing that a new fan motor would fix the problem. No further diagnostic work took place. A quote was promised. Nothing came. After much phoning and mailing

Shockingly!!! .. low level of service & communication from a number of their staff members. No feed back, no adherence to commitment. Why SAMSUNG !!! appoint Liptronices as your service provider. Read the reviews and act or consumers will stop buying your product.
