It’s sad to see the state of the place. The playground is unkept, the facilities are very dirty, the soft play baby area is very dirty. I had to change my babies diaper while there, I couldn’t use the changing mat due to the mess on it. Very sad and disappointing. The food took very long to get to the table and the toasted sandwich I ordered wasn’t even done properly.

Out and About
Out and About is such a disappointment. This use to be a lovey place for kids to play.The play area and jungle gyms are in a horrible state and the indoor area extremely dirty. Such a pity because this use to be a stunning venue for kids. They will not be seeing us again

I was there for the first time last night, so much for disappointment. There was no music playing. Absolutely no atmosphere It's walking into a funeral parlour. The waiter was very professional and his service was brilliant, but that's where it stopped. We wait forever to get our baskets. It feels like you are sitting in somebody's backyard. The food was Blunt, not good what so ever. The beef strips were tough and chewy. We wanted to add sauce to our food to get a better taste, but not even the sauces were enjoyable.I will recommend this place to NO ONE. Very disappointing !!

Friendly Staff. Fun place for the little ones to play. Not big variety for food on the menu, but food was good. Thumbs up.

we went to the baby room, we were shocked at how dirty and disorganized it was. I get kids play there but this was not a mess by kids it was not cleaned at all for what looks like a long while, dirty dishes, dish sponges, mud all over the floor and table and old food on the toys
