My burger was stacked untidy with a big pattie and there was no traffic which means there was no need for rush. Now I don’t know how to eat this overlapping burger

Great customer service and friendly staff .Their food is fresh and they are quick. They just need to wear name badges in order to identifier them if you want to compliment them

The staff at this McDonalds are great and the food is great! However, I keep going to all the McD’s and finding that their system doesn’t work to scan the app barcode. So now I never get my points. This has been going on for months… Who’s in charge of fixing the system?

Auto order screens were most still booting up. So slightly delayed in accessing working 2 machines.Space a bit too small. But to be fair its a franchise design of my nearest McDonalds branch as well.

The drive through operator who took my order made a mistake. I asked for a large qponder cheese meal with coke. 1 extra patty seperrated.I asked when paying if my order wew correct because the amount is less than what usualy pay.He went and told the kitchen that I want my patty seperate from the burger.He did not listen to my order.

Bought a South African Breakfast,my onions were burnt,which was not the first time, my drink was incorrect,was left unattended for 10 minutes...terrible service especially in the morning...disappointed. How i keep hoping the service will be different every time i go there. It never changes..if they don't have ketchup,they don't salt or fries..i am fed up with their service.

Quick and competent staff.Orders sometimes wrong, otherwise good.Handicap accessible and suffice parking.Not bad, recommended.
