Absolutely terrible customer service. Been to many professional salons and this was by far my worst experience ever.Went in for full colour. Spent the entire time at the basin. The colour was not at all what I wanted and expected and the hair stylist Nadia was extremely defensive, rude and arrogant in front of so many customer’s. She actually made me feel afraid and started to rough handle my hair after I told her. She actually did not to anything for my hair because it looks almost exactly the same as when I went in. I think she just used a toner to lighten it a bit.Absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. Worst experience.

Tried out Nadia herself for the first time yesterday and I am absolutely impressed. I got exactly what I asked for , natural brown balayage. They are the best ever in terms of expertise and quality was also surprised at how affordable it was vs other salons I tried in the past. I am surprised to see some negative comments below. Nadia and their staff have fun while they work and are themselves" which is an important part of work culture."

I had the worst experience at this salon. Went in for the January balayage special. Her staff was welcoming and sweet, quite different to what I experienced her to be. Nadia arrived 30 minutes late, she did not even greet me and just asked what I came in to do. I asked for a trim and showed her how much to cut off my hair (which was about 2cm). She goes ahead and chops off around 10cm of length without even asking me if that's ok and says it's all damaged after looking at her in horror. Thinking that she's the professional and knows what's best for the health of my hair, I allow her to continue. She does the balayage and tells me the bleach needs to sit in for 30 mins. During this time her friends pops by and they both sit outside. At this point 30 minutes begin to feel alot longer. I look outside only to find Nadia crying and speaking to her friend. Her stylist comes by and says she will get my hair washed in 5 minutes. 10 to 15 minutes after, they decide to take me to the basin. Mind you, Nadia was still outside handling personal problems whilst the bleach fries my hair. I go to the basin and another stylist begins to apply colour. I would have preferred this taking into consideration Nadia's current state however, if you've been to her you know you pay extra for her to do your hair. A few minutes later the colour gets washed off and I get my hair done by, once again, a different stylist. I initially wanted layers to be cut but after looking at how short she made my hair, I changed my mind. I asked for the trim to be neatened and this was done by her other stylist. Nadia disappeared for another 10 to 20 minutes and her stylist was the one drying my hair. Apart from this, she had the incorrect info up regarding her special, to which she just apologised for. I didn't mind paying the correct" amount as if you've seen her misleading Instagram page

While Nadia is well versed in her field … sad to say I found my experience lackluster , unprofessional and dishonest. I did not get value for money ..due to the fact that I was not treated as an individual rather just another number. She was late for the app and wasted an hour of my time… then there was no water at the salon on that day … I was not even informed so that I could choose to keep the appointment or reschedule. All the while through the appointment she acted like she was in such a hurry, like she had something more pressing to attend to. Further to this the special she advertised was one price yes she overcharged me and still 6 months later cannot provide me with a breakdown of the services performed amounting to what she charged.I would not do my hair there ever again … for the money spent not even a head massage during the was …Hugely disappointed

Made an appointment to get a balayage done at 11:30am today. I was called yesterday to ask if the appointment could be moved up to 10:30am coz of loadshedding, which i agreed to. I arrived at the salon at 10:20. At 11am Nadia still hadnt arrived with the excuse that shes travelling from Chatsworth to the salon (which is a 25minute drive at most). At 12:15 she still was not at the salon. I travelled from Pretoria and areived at 1am this morning, but still woke up early during my holiday so i would be punctual for my appointment but the owner clearly couldnt care less. While waiting i decided to check reviews and now i can understand why people have rated this establishment in the manner they did. I called Gerald Wells in Ballito who accomodated me at 1:30pm, and even though i payed R1500 more for my balayage, it was SO well worth it. The professionalism and service was unmatched. Will never bother coming to this salon ever again!!!

I was appalled at the service I received from such a so called renowned hairdresser. Firstly I made an appointment at 10am,the hairdresser herself rocks up at 10.30am without any apology. Her level of professionalism is disgusting. She reprimanded her staff in front of me and spoke to them in a manner that is not acceptable. I have been too many professional hairdressers but I have not received such terrible service before.When I asked for a certain hair colour I got blatantly told that 'my hair is too dark it will not catch' Whereas I have been to another hairstylist in Durban and she managed to strip my hair and achieve the colour I wanted.
