The place in nice and clean, and the staff members are kind and friendly I see myself going back to the store to buy again their service is interesting and marvelous , I appreciate the kindness and the happy service

I was so impressed with the service I got from everyone in this store. They literally walked me through the store on a WhatsApp video call showing me all my options. When I came in Sizo remembered who I was and went out of his way to assist. They had to order the product in for me and he stayed in contact all the time. Well done guys!

Not good. Bought a HDMI splitter on recommendation from the staff. I didn’t work as I was told it would do I returned it, they took 15% handling charge because the box was opened. How would I know it doesn’t work if I can’t open the box. Manager undisturbed by threats of not buying there again. Remarkable this place stays in business

The only reason this store gets a 5 star is because of Sizo, otherwise it would have been a 1star. He is always willing to help and gets things done. Incredible Connection is lucky to have such a staff member. Pity they dont realize it yet else he would be the manager. I'm not so impressed by the actual manager of the store. Seems to lack customer satisfaction drive.

I have been to this store quite a few times - the person who stands out is Bongani - he doesn’t just tell you that something is out of stock he looks on floor, at back and on system. He knows all of the products well and explains well - he also looks up what he doesn’t know and goes out of his way to help you - also makes a plan with discounts/promotions. He is very good in sales (sales the value that the product can provide instead of the actual product) - he is asset to your company.

Good service even though they didn’t have the product in the store they organized it from East London and it arrived 2 days later. No extra charges

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Incredible Connection store in Knysna while on holiday, in search of a high-end Windows laptop for my Photoshop needs. Though I have visited other branches of this store and even large chains like Best Buy in Vancouver, I must say that the service I received from Sizo Khumalo at the Knysna branch was truly exceptional.Upon realizing that the store did not have the specific models I was interested in, Sizo went above and beyond to show me alternative options available online. He kindly offered to place an order for the laptop of my choice, providing all possible assistance to ensure a seamless experience.To further accommodate my needs, Sizo gave me his business card and personal cell phone number in case I needed to reach him during load shedding, when the store's phone lines might be down. His dedication to customer satisfaction was genuinely impressive.I wholeheartedly give Sizo Khumalo and Incredible Connection Knysna a five-star review, and I hope that his superiors recognize his outstanding commitment to customer service. It is employees like Sizo that make a shopping experience memorable and keep customers coming back
