Amazing food, location and people.10 course fish, seafood, meat. (For only 18€)Every course freshly cooked in front of you. Cash bar with drinks but you can also bring your own drinks. Everybody there is friendly and helpful for them eating there the first time. Great place! One of our favorite stops in South Africa. But please make a reservation! Almost no chance for walk in.

After hearing all the praise of this restaurant I am disappointed to say that it certainly did not live up to the hype. All this restaurant has going for it is it’s view. Amazing scenery surrounds the areas in which this restaurant is located. Besides the view this restaurant has awful food and even worse facilities. Seafood was simply flavourless and boring. They also provide uncomfortable seating, no cutlery and portable toilets instead of proper restrooms. At least the staff were friendly. Very disappointed.

What a gem this place is. Make sure you come hungry. For the seafood lovers, this place is highly recommended with a view to die for. Open air dining at its best. Rustic on the beach with a five star menu.

A one of a kind experience for seafood lovers. Rustic, basic, but brilliant. Bring your own drinks, sit on the benches under the netting and enjoy an afternoon watching the ocean, enjoying the music and the 10 course freshly prepared meal. For only R370 per person. Hard to beat the value. Booking in advance advised. Not advised if you don’t enjoy fish and seafood.

Awesome setting sheltered from the usual langebaan wind. Food was prepared excellently (can see this is what they do every day) and everything was delicious. Seating is minimalistic, so bring a cushion and perhaps some cutlery (spoon is a seashell) and make sure you bring cash along as the bar is cash only. Definitely worth the visit

An absolute must do when in Laangebaan, what an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the atmosphere incredible, will definitely be back again very soon.
