Hello, I just came to your store in the biscuit mill (04 Jan 2023) and had the most horrendous interaction with your floor staff.Your employee was uninterested, openly rude and aggressive. He was talking on his cell phone (on loudspeaker) throughout our visit in your store. When asked if he is interested in helping us" he dismissed us and asked "what would you rather I be doing".He continued to backchat and wouldn't provide his name for any follow up feedback.I am shocked that you are comfortable with this staff member representing your brand.I will not be purchasing from your brand purely based on my interaction with your staff."

I love my bag! It was actually hard to choose between the great range of colours and options available, but I settled on the crossbody sling, in the Boulder colour. Delivery was super fast, and I've been extremely impressed with the quality and beauty of my bag. The detachable sling is so handy as well!

Absolutely in love with my briefcase I bought from Rowdy this week. Amazing quality and craftsmenship and so well priced it almost doesn't make sense. I am using the Rowdy active mask and am loving running and cycling with it! I've tried other active masks" but nothing is as comfortable as the Rowdy mask. The fact that it stays away from your face helps alot when breathing hard. Highly recommend."
