I went in to get a quote on branded bottled water for a marketing campaign. I told the lady what I required and when I would like the promotional items by (1 Nov) . She showed me a sign that their lead time is 7-10 days but she'll get me the quote on the same day, that being Thursday 29 Nov. To this day, I am still waiting for the quote. I sourced the branded bottled water from Johannesburg and it was delivered to me on Sunday 31 Oct to start my marketing campaign on schedule, 1 Nov. Unfortunately this is not the level of service I expected to receive from the best" corporate signage company in Welkom."
