We have had a mouse/rat issue for a total of three months now, Pesti came to our property 4 weeks and 4 days ago. Don’t get me wrong the guy that came to the property was lovely, bait was placed in my ceiling and a bait box outside, after 2 weeks I called back to ask if it’s normal to still hear running in the ceiling after only 2 weeks and was told to give it time, fair enough, I messaged after the third week and the guy eventually came back (not because of that but because I wanted to buy more of their bait). Anyway the guy gets here and he opened up the bait box and the bait hasn’t been touched , at all. He said he had never seen this before and called his boss, the boss said he better come out, I agreed this was a good idea,however 1. Should cancel because of how far away it was (needed to be sorted ASAP) 2. Apparently Drew coming out was free but him coming up with another plan was not? I’m sorry but I don’t understand how that is fair. So before anyone decided to comment back “this is misleading and detrimental to our business “ or “we’re sorry you had a negative experience “ no, that’s actually not good enough. I am living in a health hazard of a situation as I currently write this, I have MS so I am immune compromised so it’s not ideal, and to make matters 1000X worse I have a one year old child who seems to keep having rats enter her cot which is just charming for me to view on the baby monitor. My house is immaculately clean. I can not figure out why they are coming in, how they are coming in or why they have stayed. It infuriates me that I have been treated this way and am stuck in this situation. I hope this review is detrimental to your business because the lack of help is currently detrimental to my home (exhausted fans disconnected, lights flickering, aircon tubing chewed, ceiling insulation gone the list goes on really, not that anyone cares).

5 stars. We had a general pest spray. Very happy with the service from the moment of contact. Very responsive, sent a reminder message which also detailed prep around the home and arrived on time. We will be back for our annual spray next year.Thank you

I discovered termites in our garden mid morning and after trawling through various non local pest companies, I came across Pesti. After calling Amanda, she guaranteed that a technician would be available after 5pm. Drew was on time and very thorough. He was able to complete a spot treatment and then came back within a week to do a thorough spray around the house and garden. Amazing thorough service at a good price
