If I could give zero stars I woud.We have been wanting to try even after all. Ordered waffles and chicken for a quick brunch, the chicken was served frozen. We sent it back, asking for the bill (obviously we were put off). The waiter then came back and said the food will be ready in 2 mins. We told them that we do not want the food just the bill. The waiter brought the bill, with the food still listed on it. We were of course not going to pay for frozen chicken. No impulse from any of the staff to try and fix it. We will not be going back.

Unfortunately the day we visited the service was extremely slow. They seemed very under staffed and poorly managed. Many tables decided to leave due to the long wait. I did not see a table get drinks or food for about 30 minutes. The food was good and the games were fun. I hope this incident was a one time mishap but it is unlikely we will return.

Had some of the most refreshing cocktails and I loved the 60s/70s playlist. Would definitely like to try the food menu next time.

My friends and I went there for dinner, the service was not too bad and place is cute.The day after my friends and I started experiencing similar symptoms diarrhea, nausea, fever. Symptoms of food poisoning. TBH the food was not that great and it’s odd that we were all experiencing the same symptoms after having a meal from this restaurant.

Beautiful surroundings, amazing people and great music. They sell affordable food and drinks and if you are an artistic person, definitely a great place to mingle.

I like the decor and the music, it’s a cool place for drinks with friends as you can also play board games. However the floors weren’t clean in the morning on multiple occasions I have been there. Not very accommodating to vegetarians, my suggestion is get there for the brunch breakfast as the only other vegetarian options (burger) isn’t that good. Stunning location, a lot of potential but also service and maintenance of place’s cleanliness needs some work.

Very cute spot in 44 Stanley. It's got a retro diner feel with a modern twist. If I was rating aesthetics only I would rate it a full 5. However, the food is not good. We ordered the Chicken and Waffles and the American breakfast. The Chicken was extremely dry, had no flavour and the waffle was spongy. The breakfast was bland and greasy - in a bad way. The Hashbrown had a very strange texture - like it was frozen and microwaved. Just overall very disappointing.

What a great spot at 44 Stanley. Cool vibe, friendly staff and beautiful decor. There is a bar available and you can also play some games while you wait for your food. The manager came to us a few times to check up and find out if we are happy and would like anything. The staff also looks very happy. We ordered the hotdog, it was big and the fries were good. The bread was hard and stale and the hotdog was not that tasty unfortunately. I will definitely be back to try something else on the menu!

This place was so cute & it gave major retro vibes. The portions were so large and the food was so good! We had the French toast & the chicken schnitzel. Service was good & we had the option to play board games.
