Genuinely interested in what you need. No oversell. Great brands. Real business and not some messy showroom or home outlet. Rodney and Craig are personally interested in your audiophonic tastes and style. Long may it endure. Great to have access to such a complete range from styli to speakers to vinyls and all the storage material etc.

The variety of high-end products they stock can be daunting, especially for someone buying their first real audiophile piece of gear, however the staff are extremely accommodating no matter what your budget is! They asked me many questions about my music tastes, preferred flavour of sound, even taking note of my hearing damage. Got to listen to a pair I was considering, got advice on care and what I could look at next, ultimately walked away with what I was happy with and was never pushed to buy something out of my budget or made to feel like a noob. Will definitely be buying future upgrades there!

You couldn't find a more consumate audiophile than here. The clerk is so interested in audio that he basically scorns you. He is the real life version of Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons.....but for audio. Great store otherwise!!
