Beautiful scenery and atmosphere. The fresh air did me good. You pay R20 for the entry fee. And snacks are available on site.

If you love nature then this definitely for. You pay a small entrance fee, but the scenery is breath taking...I was surprised how nature looks after itself. If you like hiking this will be an unforgettable journey for you of plenty of things to see.

Spectacular view of an impressive canyon. 90m drop at the high falls, but not much water when we visited. Facilities could use an upgrade.

Unfortunately no water falling when we were there in the dry season, but it's still a thing of beauty without the water. Remember that it's a natural waterfall, only nature shall decide when it has water en when it doesn't ;). Will return again, hopefully this time with glorious water flowing from the mouth of the fall

Initially we were told the falls were not flowing but we took a chance on 20 Aug and the water was flowing. As there had not been much rain there was no one collecting the usual entry fee during peak season which is during the flower season. The viewpoints are easily accessible and there are amazing views of the big waterfall and then the smaller falls that you can get really close to. When there are staff on duty the bathrooms are open as well. The falls are 7km from the main town and on route to the Quiver forest

Short circular walk through natural vegetation. Leads you up to the edge of the cliff looking down a ravine. The river was dry with just a few rock pools at the bottom of the valley. This area has been in drought for the past 3 years. There was a family of baboons which was foraging in the bushes around us and escaped into well worn paths of theirs along the cliff face. It was special to watch a moment of their lives from afar. Unfortunately no facilities were open in terms of public toilets

Who could think in a place this dry and you expect the waterfall to be where the mountains are. Except this is like a canyon. Pretty amazing. Would recommend for someone who likes these tipes of stuff. Can be beautiful with a bit more water.

Even though there wasn't enough water for the waterfall to run the sight was one to behold.
