Hi, without doubt the most useless customer service I have experience in my life. Nobody can assist you, you are just sent from one consultant to the other. I try to cancel my contract with Netstar from January 23, sent a mail in January 23 to cancelled the contract, got a standard mail back that they've received it and they will action this. Phoned them in March 23, after my debit order went of again, just to hear that my contract has not been cancelled yet. You just get a case number, already 5 different case numbers, and still no action, this is pathetic. Nobody wants to take responsibility for their mistake, just saying a supervisor with phone you, but that never happened, four months down the line and still no phone call. I have no faith in this company, just imagine you need their help in an emergency, you will wait forever to get help. So please think before you consider to put your family life in their hands. All that you get is a standard response but no action.More than a month later, and still no action on this. The email that they said in there response does not work, you don't get any response from them. A few more case numbers were logged and still it the same, no customer service. Please think before you enter into a agreement with Netstar. We had the same issue with my moms' contract with netstar, and that car was sold almost 2 years ago.

Poor customer service. Contact centre agents need to be trained and/or re-skilled. I have sent multiple e-mails and requests to cancel my contract considering my vehicle has been written off and is thus no longer in my posession. Seems like the Netstar employees struggle to understand basic requests.

Very unhappy with your service!!I'm an existing customer who is trying to install the tracking device to a new car as I have sold my old car. I have been waiting 2 days for someone to call back to provide me with a quotation!I've called in three times every day and have still not been assisted or contacted!This is so disappointing! Will rather make use of Tracker... They phone back and keep their promises!

Ive been a client with Netstar for the past 5 years. I sold my vehicle and i have been trying to cancel my subscription for the past 3 weeks their system has been offline, i am always told that systems are offline and they would call me back and they wont. its funny how their systems only works for sales but not for existing customers. service is poor, you will hold forever and never get assistance, their call centre is always busy.

If I could i wouldnt even give the one start, they installed the device in June ever since my car has had electronic issues, I have spent more than R40k trying to get diagnoses only to find out it is the Netstar device. I called them to come and uninstall their unit they told me about money owed to them, not even once has their panic button worked!!! They told me I should have called them after realizing they were not responding, which is bizarre, in a case where my car would be taken and my phone who would call them to notify them that I pressed the panic button and it not working... their product must be tested by customers for it functionality!!! my car is not working... a pathetic unit if you ask me... if you were considering installing their devices think again!!! Don't do it!!! I have been on calls with Netstar the whole morning... still even after I have paid them they are still unable to assist me!!! The guy who answered on their customer care puts me on hold then after it goes to ask me to rate their service!! what service!!! Install Netstar at your own risk...

Very unhappy with your service and lack of sense of urgency! I'm an existing customer who is trying to install the tracking device to a new car as I have sold my old car. I have been waiting more than a week for someone to call back to schedule the installation.I've called in more than 15 times the options to speak to a consultant is ringing non stop have still not been assisted or contacted to schedule the installation for a product I am actually paying for!!!Please. Cancell my service This is so disappointing! Especially because I can't even cancel the contract due to your inefficiency because you are going to charge a hectic cancellation. Gosh!

Netstar???What is happening with your service? Firstly had to beg you to actually come out and fit units to my new vehicle, now I have been battling to get the early warning system fitted activated with the correct vehicle details (still referring to the old vehicle), numerous calls made, countless hours of my life wasted.Issue has still not been sorted out, if you can't sort out such a simple issue how will you recover my vehicle if it is stolen?

Been a client with netstar for almost 2 years. There hasnt been a need for me to utilize their services. I sold the vehicle which the device was installed in and purchased a new one. I called netstar to transfer/ continue service on the new vehicle. I was proposed with 2 options. 1. Cost to reinstall on new vehicle. 2. Cost to cancel the device. Both of these costs were the same. What business sense does it make to rather loose a client than just to continue service on new vehicle. I would rather go to a tracking company where im able to transfer to a new vehicle without issues or being faced with additional charges. If the cost for me to reinstall is the same as to cancel. I would cancel. I called the second time to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for over 45 mins. Poor service.

Its a pity we even have to give a starMy vehicle is written off and the want to charge a penalty fee for cancelation. How upsetting!!!What is even more upsetting is that I have been loyal and had more than 1 vehicle being serviced and will be purchasing more vehicles soon... very bad and short sighted business practice

Without doubt the most useless customer service I have experienced in ages. Don't believe me! Try and cancel or move a subscription service from one vehicle to another. WHAT A JOKE!!! Whoever is in charge, Operations Director, Customer Services Manager or Call Center Manager...should be fired!! Or maybe just fire them all, cause they are clearly incompetent. I would have no faith in this company at all, in recovering my vehicle or ensuring my family safety.
