I had a great interaction with the person from D-Link, Miguel, that assisted me. He was cordial, very patient and asked all the relevant questions to rty to resolve the problem. Although my probelm was not resolved he directed me to the right people at Telkom and the matter was resolved quickly.

Great service. I didn't know how to use the dongle and there was a live chat where the operator helped me get it working on my PC. Will definitely be using more D-Link products thanks to their service!

I bought the wireless AC1200 dual band USB adapter today. I have tried to contact the d-link customer care team multiple times today, with my call being dropped. I was helped with installing and downloading the driver which worked fine. Now it keeps connecting for 3 minutes and disconnecting to the internet. I called and managed to get hold of somebody who said just return it to the shop. Surely this connot be the way d-link deals with issues. I will not be replacing it and this whole process was a waste of time. Do not but a d-link product.

The agent who assisted me was very efficient and helpful. I was ready to throw the phone out the window as it would make a loud noise when it said low battery and normally anytime from 00h00 to 02h30. Now sorted out thanks
