Amazing service and Great products, I constantly receive compliments on my fireplace and how good it is. Thank you Hydrofire for helping me choose the right one and walking me through the process on getting it installed.

Had wonderful service from Jay-Jay. Not pushy, friendly, and especially liked his technical knowledge on every unit. Enough to satisfy a nerd.Was buying on a limited budget and he really came up with the right suggestions.

Would like to thank Hydrofire - Allan and Claudia at the JHB branch for an excellent service in providing me with top a quality flue for my fireplace. I would highly recommend them. For those out there - careful where you buy your fire products from. You might just end up with inferior products. I was very happy with Hydrofire's quality.

I received friendly, efficient service from Clayton. He arranged a unit within a day and we are having it installed this week. I thought with it nearly being winter that there would be a long wait, but luckily not! I am very happy with Hydrofire and will definitely be purchasing our next fireplace from them.

The staff are probably the friendliest most personable sales people in the country and this makes you believe in them and their product and I would give this 5/5 in this category; but despite going there twice, phoning more than 5 times, over a period of 6 weeks I did not receive a quote, feedback, or follow-up. I was a 100% ready-to-purchase-client and ended-up purchasing elsewhere because I could do no more to try and buy two fireplaces from them. There’s no point in friendly staff if they are disinterested in closing the sale.

[EDITTED] - I initially had a very unpleasant experience with Hydrofire, where I dealt with an incredibly incompetent sales representative (I believe that a complete new sales team has now taken over), which required 3 visits to the showroom before finalizing a quote. This experience continued when the delivered order did not align with requirements despite confirming with the sales representative prior to delivery.Hydrofire does not do installations and recommends third party installers, which wasn't a pleasant experience either, after a leak occurred following installation. This leak caused damage to the floor and ceiling which required repair and despite numerous attempts to have this rectified, the installer never pitched.Following a very negative review posted on Google, the Hydrofire manager personally got in touch to understand the situation and get proper feedback from me. Following this interaction, Hydrofire were great in rectifying the situation and ensuring the installer carried out the appropriate repairs to the ceiling and covering the cost of relaying of the damaged laminate. Jamela Projects were sent on behalf of the original installer to perform the ceiling repairs and was incredibly happy with their professionalism and work performed - would highly recommend them as a preferred installer for anyone purchasing from Hydrofire.Overall I am extremely happy with our new fireplace which is a complete gamechanger for winter, and after the initial extremely poor experience, the actions by Hydrofire to rectify the situation were commendable.

What a pleasure it was to do business with Hydrofire from Clayton at sales and the installer Adonis who did the installation job. Nothing went wrong and no complaints.

I have had my Hydrofire fire place for 6 years. It works well and generates nice heat but it is now rusting and flaking around the opening. Its only when its rusting that you realise how thin the metal construstion actually is. Without treatment, the fireplace will last maybe another 3 years... Not what you would expect after spending R15000.

Bridgette in store was great, very friendly, but, didn't provide the quotation as per commitment.Hydrofire recommended Lebadi Projects as an installer.... I had a terrible experience dealing with the Lebadi admin/sales team. Lebadi is great on the sale, followed by a nightmare. Hydrofire needs a nudge to improve service and meet their commitments. My experience with their recommended installer (sales/admin of Lebadi Projects) was terrible.

Great overall customer service, professional sales and technical advice. The fireplace installer was also very professional and knowledgeable. The installation was very quick.
