Went to this small boxing gym while staying in Muizenberg.. Lungwe Sitemela,boxer and coach. Trainer for the local street kids and other locals looking to get fit and learn boxing.Such a cool guy.. Enjoyed the work outs and Lungwe's enthusiasm.
