Their service is joke, I moved stuff from evander to edenvale and all they did was delay along the way, storage space closed and all their cell phones were off, only later they tell us they will deliver the stuff the next day and that was after I opened a case of theft and fraud against them........ Poor services

Arrived 3 hours late.Bumped nearly all furniture(and damaged) against walls. We were sitting in the house listening to the furniture get hit against walls as they were taking it to the truck.The trucks wipers were broken so they had to drive extremely slow and arrived way past schedule.Truck was leaking water inside while raining(might aswell have just taken the roof off). Due to this most of the furniture has water damage.Called halfway through moving the furniture to the new house and said that that they will only drop off the furniture tomorrow because it was getting late(this was at 5:30pm), which we obviously refused.Broke the bottom wheels of a luggage bag.Broke an antique wooden dresser and just set it so it looks fine, never even told us.Movers were obviously inexperienced and could not properly(steadily) carry the furniture.

Terrible service, incredibly rude admin staff and the owners are never available to talk to the clients. Their storage units were not even locked and most of our items were stolen from their storage. If you value your items do not use this company. They also can never provide a statement to the long storage clients as their system does not allow for statements. what a joke.

I used this company for moving on November last year and I was pregnant didn't notice anything and my husband was telling me that our shoes are gone but because I was only wearing one pair didn't notice now I noticed the guys who were helping us to move took them couse they were driving alone while we used our own car

Quick and easy to use

Arrived 4 hours late. The driver had no GPS and couldn’t find my house, so we had to drive to fetch them. Very nonchalant about being and delaying the moving process. Very disorganised and unprofessional.
