Recent home buying transfer transaction, I was disappointed in a number of things.....Weekly report was a few lines of the weeks activities - we never had an overall view of the process. A simple spreadsheet with tasks, dates etc would have been a lot more informative.Attorneys were dismissive in their comments on mail. ( I am the client!) I expect better.It is all about the money..., I had to challenge them on a few occasions to get what I pid for!I had to follow up on a number of occasions on matters they undertook to manage, because they never took the time and trouble to chase the matters.Contrast this experience we had selling our last home and it is like night and day.I won't engage again.

Not all lawyers are honest and ethical. These are and they make you feel safe. They are helpfull, friendly and reliable and they always go the extra mile.

Very disappointing, lacking communication, rude, and most times used google to explain the jargon. It seems they focus more on taking your money than promoting a good service. As an ex-client I would not recommend!

If you want lawyers that will protect you as their client. Excellent service. But absolutely do not care about anyone else.I signed a contract with a building contractor through MHI (MHI is the buildinh contractor's lawyer). Now i do not understand all that legal jargon they are talking about, and my contractor takes too long with my home so I asked the lawyers what does the contract say about my rights, then they told me they cannot help me against their client. I did not ask them to make a case against them, I just asked for clarity about what I signed because I do not understand the jargon.I may be wrong here but I personally believe that they could at least tell me this is what the contract says about the conditions I signed. Pathetic
