At the last minute, I managed to get a perfect fit from Laluna Couture, after a let down by the tailor. Thank you for the great and friendly service!!

This is hands down a very CLASSY, UPMARKET boutique hidden away in Morningside. Without waxing too lyrical, they were incredibly knowledgeable and effecient, taking a lot of factors into consideration for my event. I was unaware that coming here to buy or try on dresses is by APPOINTMENT ONLY, (take note), but by God's grace there was a tiny window between clients that they managed to graciously fit me in to try dresses.There are 2 sides to the shop, a hire side and a side where you can pick dresses for sale. Of they can't help you, they'll also be able to give you the best advice on what to do further. As prices may change by the time this is read I won't list them here, but for hiring there is a security price as well as the hiring price for that specific dress. Prices vary depending on the style of dress you choose. And if you're going to a big event like a matric ball, they even have measures to ensure that you won't be wearing the same dress as someone else if its from their boutique. This is place is girl's best friend, not only will you find the best ball gowns and evening wear in the country, but the service is outstanding! Shabanna the owner, treats each and every customer like they are the only customer! Helping you choose the best dress for your body and occasion! I love having access to the most elegant gowns for my black tie events without the hefty price tag of buying time and time again! ☺️

Had the pleasure of visiting LaLuna Couture earlier this month (May 2023)...received brilliant service and 'more' from Shobana and her team. My family & I were, for various reasons, experiencing a particularly difficult & stressful week...one reason being a ruined matric dress by our dressmaker...Shobana and her team helped me find a dress for my daughter 'two' days before the matric dance. They could have turned us away (as we had no appointment), but they didn't...I will never forget the kindness shown to my family & I by Shobana & her team. Thank you LaLuna Couture!!!
