ATC Air Conditioning

ATC installed two air conditioners on my roof in Rome Glen. The quote and invoice stated the model and size as well as being installed. They only put the two on the flat roof on a bracket but not fixed. With the recent high winds the wind blew the one air conditioner off the roof. Their response is these things happen. They have sent a technician the Friday. I was concerned about the storm approaching the Monday. They just told me I must hope it holds and sent me a quote to fix the unit to the side wall. If I were made aware that the units were not going to be fixed or properly installed I would never have allowed it to just stand loosely on the roof. The sales guy's response was can I remember the conversation on the fitting! Arrogant. I phoned numerous times and were promised Greg will phone me but never happened. Be wary if you have a flat roof making use of them!! The damage will sure come

Poorest service ever! Do not use their services. Made full payment in December for a compressor repair. Its Feb and its still not working. Guys been ignoring my calls. I want my money back!!

Just want to say big thanks to ATC for the wonderful service I got yesterday, nice and neat job they did.They left my house clean they did not mess anything keep up the good work guy.

Charged me R 2600 to fix" a crack. Did a pathetic job of it

I will highly recommending using any other supplier for aircon maintenance. My home aircon was installed 6-12 months ago, and all the gas has leaked out (not installed by ATC). I looked for someone to do a repair, I found ATC on Google, and asked them to come and fix the leak and re-gas the system. Firstly, minor but annoying, I specifically asked that they let me know what time they are coming. They promised they will, but instead two guys just pitched up randomly during the day, in the middle of a work Teams meeting. They put in a bit of gas, confirmed that the aircon then worked, and then told me that they are done and that there is a leak (which I already knew). They knew exactly where the leak was since there is only one fitting where it could be, and they simply just had to fix that connection, but they insisted that they first have to send me a quote and then come back. They charged me +-R600 (for which I have not yet paid) for this very useless call-out" for which I did not ask

My husband and I were so happy with the information we got during the in house consultation that we didn't shop around. The day of the installation everything went so smooth - that was so great - ATC were so professional and friendly So thank you So much !!!! ATC for our new York Airconditioning It's so nice comfortable in our house now.

ATC are the most efficient company. Greg is a hands on man, willing to help no matter how busy and even on weekends. The office staff are very friendly and helpful too. We use them often because we know that they know what they're doing and have never had a problem. The technicians are well trained too and if you don't understand what they're doing they don't mind explaining in laymans terms. Would recommend them highly.

Called them they were fully booked, could only send someone after a week. But they helped me to fix the problem via the phone. Excellent service!

So i used ATC for new aircons last year, spent a considerable 5 digit amount on everything and you get this in return:- Aircons constantly leaking with water (they had to come back to fix it the next day)- After one aircon broke down, i am still waiting (38 days!) for resolution. Apparently its difficult to get aircon parts (for an aircon business?!?)- Very rude consultant, no sympathy whatsoever (just your standard excuses, holidays, we are just contractors, etc)- They made me reconcile my own payment which i made to them (i.e. claiming i didnt pay). I had to send screenshots: response: oh we have problems with BankXYZ- They actively asked me to refund me (cancelling a business transaction) just because they felt hurt now (with all of the above)- Kindergarten attitudeDo you really want to support such a business?!?
