Serious Fencing

I had an alarm system installed through Johan.I paid for a brand new system. After a few weeks the system started giving problems.The guy who Johan used for the installation, spent hours trying to reprogram and sort out the problem and when they could not fix it, they blamed it on my alarm monitoring company.I called my monitoring company and they sent out a techician. They found that a 2nd hand batery had been installed that caused my aram system to malfunction.23mins later... Everything was sorted.My communications with Johan revealed that he did not want to take responsibility for their mistakes or lack of knowledge, but would rather blame the cleint and other service providers. I will never use this company ever again.

Cause its a good place

I asked for a gate to be resurrected in a specific spot.What do they do?Resurrect the gate in a different spot: because it would not fit where it was supposed to.I guess they'd do anything to save THEIR time and THEIR money.Like drill a huge hole for a small bolt and then just leave it like that, so that my security is compromised (I don't think they've ever heard, nevermind read, such a big word in their whole lives).My communications with Johan revealed that they don't really want to take responsibility, but would rather manipulate and make the customer out as a crook.There was a piece missing on a gate, which I asked to be fixed.I was asked to pay up the other half of the outstanding money and that they would take care of the gate.I paid.Guess what?A year and a half later the gate has still not been fixed.Why did I see dollar signs in their eyes...?
