The experience was good up until I recently did a follow-up on my late mother Title Deed, I called their offices and spoke to the lady by the name of Siko who I have been dealing with in this matter she was so rude she couldn't even provide me with a number for me to do follow up she told me to Google it she even asked me why e'm i calling her.

Lovely customer service, beautiful premises, inside and out! I must say, I love the cleaniless and the relaxing atmosphere. Quite professional, however they don't frequently provide feedback until you follow up.I have a housing matter still pending for over 4 years! :(

We had instructed Gcwensa Attorneys on a deceased estate, the matter took almost a year with very poor updates and rude stuff. In short be careful before doing business with them, we were really treated unfairly.

I really don't know why housing department took our tittle deed case to Gcwensa Attorneys. This is the 3rd year of poor service. And when you phone for updates, U will get excuses and Rudeness from the woman called Siko. Our government is failing us, by taking such sensitive matters to incompetent and unprofessional attorneys to resolve.
