Nice little store for things you need, however my one complaint is the strange location of the food to go section. Why is it placed next to the till, where the queue is? You fully get in the way of people queuing when trying to select your sandwich, or you have to select it whilst you are in a queue, feeling rushed. Just a very odd place to put it

As an out-of-towner coming to Cape Town for a week, this little grocery story had everything we needed for stocking up our little apartment in Camps Bay. Woolie's has quickly become our favorite grocery store in South Africa, and we wish we had one back in the States!

The coffee shop is meant to open at 7am. It's not 7:10 it's still not open. Yesterday after 7:20 I had to wait and wait cause the manager had to still give the barista float. The shop only starting operating after 7:30am.

I bought some papaya today. When I got home I realized that they were not fresh at all, actually rotten. Honestly I least expected this from a Woolies store. Focus more on your perishable section please.

The shop itself is fine the usual woolworths food, most of the staff are helpful even friendly. But the lady at the till was incredibly grumpy, as if she didn't want to be there. When I dared to ask to buy another bag because the weight of all the bottles of water seemed excessive for the 1 bag she looked at me like I had just sworn at her or something, and continued to glare daggers at me as I left the store I won't be back would rather drive to Sea Point or Hout Bay woollies

Level of Service at Camps Bay woolies has dramatically decreased since the old manager left and the new manager arrived. Would of given woolies camps bay 5 stars 6 months ago.Prefer to go to the Sea point woolies instead nowadays. Pity, because it’s a great store and great location with great staff. Shows how important good management is.
