Extremely bad customer service! Marie/Mary-Ann is extremely rude and difficult to work with. You guys need to review who you send out to work face to face with clients on shooting sites. She has absolutely no respect for the clients. None whatsoever!Review your client service and interaction guys or you'll get a very bad reputation for this. Train your staff to deal with customers in a professional manner - always!

Ever since I watched the brand story Tomfoolery created on one of our Durban Gems some years back, I was captivated. They have a way of tapping into the essence of a brand and telling an authentic story. They did an amazing job for Froggie. The team, led by David, has refreshing conceptual abilities and their videography is on a cinematic level. Truly outstanding.
