What a brilliant service. I chose the picnic pantry to help me host my 40th birthday picnic and from start to finish they have been amazing. The food was exceptional. Such good quality, not just generic cheap rubbish but seriously good quality meat and dips and everything. Even the kids platters were better quality than I could have hoped for. The ladies who came to do the set up were super professional. Neat and tidy, speedy, even decided to mop my floor when they really didnt need to. I had to move my function 2 days before because of the weather and Janine did every possible to help me add what I now needed to hire and change things around etc. Without the picnic pantry my day could never have been as perfect! Thank you so much!

Found it extremely difficult to receive feedback or assistance while trying to organize my event, therefore an alternative company has received my business.Continuous mails, messages and calls were made from my end to contact these planners to no avail, it is now two more days until my event and I have finally received a message from them requesting for the same information I have given them more than once. I find them extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.It may just be my experience, but I don't believe that your customer should be chasing the service provider for assistance.

Placed an order for platters for my child's party and paid in full for it. Arrived to collect the platters and was told there were no platters ready for us! Still waiting for my refund and have had no apology from the owner - not impressed and really disappointed! Have used picnic pantry before and food was great - clearly there is an issue with management, which is sad, as I will now never use the company again or recommend to anyone

Rental items were good but the service was lacking. When trying to enquire about my deposit I was told “someone would get back to you this afternoon” multiple days in a row.

Very well organized and affordable. The owner, Janine, is extremely helpful, friendly and creative. Exquisite products, from cushions, blankets, pallets, umbrellas, bean bags and more, to have a fun and memorable picnic/event and a stunning, user friendly online website! A well deserved 5 stars!

I paid a deposit for a picnic that did not go ahead because of the weather. I've tried sending an email, multiple sms's and calls but no response no feedback at all.I eventually got a response and my refund was immediately paid without any fuss. It's a pity that all this could have been sorted out easily without any frustration.
