An amazing experience for me and my wife. The personal support and commitment of Wayne van der Walt is unheard of in today's economic climate. He even assisted us in his private time to assemble some of the furniture in the evening, not taking away the support and advice he gave us in store to assist us in making our choices. I enjoyed this store.Beautiful items and the quality looks very good too.I purchased a clock which was out of stock and only the display item could be given to me. They bubble wrapped it poorly which I thought was odd but nothing got damaged.Friendly sales staff. It was painless to shop here.

We always feel so welcome at the store and the staff are always ready to help.We had a lovely experience specifically with Candice who assisted us from start to finish and kept us up-to-date on our delivery and checked in if we were happy with the final product.Well done team.

Purchased two couches. On delivery one had a big tear in back and other had scuff markes and a very different colour to the other couch that was purchased as a set. 4 days later and no answer to my problem. I thought it would be simple,it needs to be replaced or I need to be refunded,but no. I have emailed and phoned,but All I get is, we will get back to you...Very disappointed.

The store itself is really beautiful and the sales consultants are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. However the after sales service and courier service is putrid trying to get my order was a nightmare and then I had an issue with one of the chairs not even a month later, and I struggled to get this exchanged. It’s really such a pity as my intention was to purchase more furniture but given the experience I’d much rather go to the other bigger retailers for better service.

Large store housing loads of beautiful, quality furniture. Very helpful and friendly staff, eager to help (especially Amy). Do wish most of the customers would be a little friendlier to the staff, though. They also have a large variety of stock online. They ship everything from their warehouse in Durban, so there is no option for next day delivery or collection. But the wait is worth it for such lovely items. Will definitely shop there again.
